Warren Leonard Creates, B.A., LL.B is a Canadian Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship lawyer based in Ottawa, Canada.〔(【引用サイトリンク】url=http://www.warrencreates.com )〕 He was designated as a (Certified Specialist ) in Citizenship and Immigration Law by the (Law Society of Upper Canada ) in 2006 and has maintained this designation every year since. Born and raised in Montreal, Creates obtained his law degree from the University of Windsor and was admitted to the Ontario bar in 1986.
